At Balance Thru Wellness, we believe that peace of mind should never depend on a person's financial situation.
Our Pay-It-Forward Wellness Program was created to ensure everyone, especially those facing depression, anxiety, financial hardship or thoughts of hopelessness, has access to mindfulness and mental wellness support.
